Sorry I’ve not really checked in for a couple days, but summer classes have started up & I’ve been out & about quite a lot. Imagine my surprise when I got back from my jog this morning to find that I’ve been nominated for The Brillant Weblog Award by some extremely kind & lovely bloggers!

This was hard because I read SO MANY blogs, have a million links in my blogroll, & suffer from crazy amounts of guilt at having to make choices! Plus, I’ve recently found some amazing blogs, but haven’t had a chance to read all the old posts. Gah! Please don’t take my choices personally. This is as awkward as it is flattering & fun!

***Emmie at Veg Bitch for her recipes, attitude, & ass-kicking feminist posts!
Now I’m off to complete the last step, letting the nominees know, so they can pass it along to their nominees!

Katy—Thank you. I just found your blog & added you to my blogroll! That’s one of the best things about having a blog, there’s a weblike (no pun intended) connection between all the bloggers which is fun to discover!
Crystal—I am so impressed by your blog! It’s so inspiring & makes me want to crank out some homemade pasta. I’ve only tried it once, but don’t have a roller, so it was pretty dense.
